  • - Disinfecting of highly touched surfaces (light switches and doorknobs)
  • - Grout cleaning (Contact owner/office for additional information & disclosures)

  • All Regular + Deep cleaning in addition to:
  • - Inside all cabinets and appliances
  • - Window tracks and windows
  • - Basement sweep

Norcy Clean is fully insured. If something happens, please call the office immediately for further instructions and we will handle the situation for you!

  • - Packing and Unpacking Services

If there is an issue with the condition of the clean, please contact the office within 2 business days to discuss the issue and Norcy Clean will send a cleaner free of charge to reconcile the issue and touch up the areas that were not properly accounted for.

  • Cancellations: Please see cancellations policy page for further information
  • Refunds: Norcy Clean does not support refunds after cleaning has taken place. Please call the office to discuss how Norcy Clean can accommodate you based on the situation.

All clientele personal information is stored securely in the office under lock and key. Any keys or codes that are given are not shared with others outside of the office and managerial staff.
