If there is an issue with the condition of the clean, please contact the office within 2 business
days to discuss the issue and Norcy Clean will send a cleaner free of charge to reconcile the issue

All clientele personal information is stored securely in the office under lock and key. Any keys or codes that are given are not shared with others outside of the office and managerial staff.
